# Errors

## 🚫 Missing Required Entitlement

**You do not have the required entitlement to run this script**

* Ensure you are using the **server key** from the **same Keymaster account** where the\
  script was originally downloaded.

## ⚠️ Script Load Error

**Error parsing script / Failed to load script**

* Your server artifacts are outdated.
* It is recommended to use the **latest** [**server-artifacts**](https://runtime.fivem.net/artifacts/fivem/build_server_windows/master/) or a higher version if available.
* **Important:** Use **WinSCP** instead of FileZilla to avoid file corruption during transfer.

## 🔐 Failed to Verify Protected Resource

**This usually happens due to corrupted or incomplete file uploads**

* If you are using **FTP**, re-upload the script using [**WinSCP**](https://winscp.net/eng/download.php)
* Re-download the script from Keymaster and upload it again using WinSCP.
